Terms and Conditions
  1. The Customer guarantees that all accounts offered to the Agent are bona-fide and legally owing

  2. The Customer authorizes the Agent to endorse any payment made to the Agent in the customers name.

  3. The Customer authorizes the Agent to contra any fees payable to the Agent from moneys held in trust for the Customer.

  4. The Customer Agrees to immediately notify the Agent of any payments applied against the account held by the Agent.

  5. The Customer acknowledges that they have the authority under the Credit Reporting Act R.S.B.C. 1979 to receive credit information concerning all accounts placed for collection and hereby authorizes the agent to receive that information on their behalf from time to time.

  6. The Agent reserves the right to charge the full fee on accounts closed or suspended by The Customer.

  7. The Agent reserves the right to charge the full fee on all active accounts in the event The Customer terminates this Collection Agreement.
