Another industry first. CMC continues to lead the way with our unique "Self-directed" collection system, giving you the freedom to be your own collector; managing accounts the way you want. We provide the tools and influential backing, and you save on collection fees. Every dollar collected is commission free! For a limited time, list your accounts for a one-time fee of only $35 each. CMC provides free credit reporting on all accounts, further saving you administrative time and money.

How does it work? It's simple. First, your one-time fee includes secure, realtime online access to each Self-directed account, allowing you to modify customer and account details. You are in control. Second, you can request up to three unique Dunning letters on CMC letterhead, based on our timing strategies or yours. Each persuasive letter includes customized contact information for your credit department, and an optional e-mail alias at no extra cost. While we are handling the mail, you can maintain efficient contact with your customers.

We want you to be successful, so in addition to providing you with three of the same collection letters used by our Account Managers, you'll have access to our complete suite of powerful collection tools. Purchased separately at special discounted rates, you can obtain Credit Reports, Governement Registry records (Corporate, Partnership, Proprietorship, Registered Non-profit Groups, Trade Names, Personal Property Security Agreements, Motor Vehicle Searches, etc.), CMC Smart Claims™, and Skip Traces.
